This few days have not been slping well again, totally add up those days i slp, i had been slping less than 4hrs per day even though no more schooling le.
my meals from 4 meals perday oso cut down to 1/2 meal per days.. din have the appetite to eat anything. has not been feeling well..
hai, ah ma dun scold me le lah, know u would.. but really cant slp, really cant eat..
juz allowing my gastric to pain and pain, coz after i eat, i will get heavy headaches and vomitting.
